I've been serious about film photography since around 2006, having bought "several" cameras and developing the film myself. I don't have a darkroom so my workflow then goes digital via a negative scanner...
I have several pre-war folding cameras which i enjoy using, the detail on a 6x9 negative is something i really love. I also have a love affair with compact Olympus cameras, my favourite of which has to be the XA. My favourite camera of them all though as to be my Petri 7s rangefinger which originally belonged to my grandfather...a remarkable piece of kit and a wonderful piece of glass up front.
I currently am an amateur photographer only but have done some small commercial photography jobs as favours to friends in the past. The day job is in IT... until I become a world famous photographer, that's the way it'll stay i suspect...
